While it has a medium color, this honey features a refreshing and robust flavor with pronounced notes of eucalyptus. Every batch has been hand-picked from our best barrels, scored as exceptional by tasting experts and triple tested for purity.

Note: Eucalyptus honey is a varietal that’s more prone to crystallization, a natural process that occurs in most honey over time. Several factors influence the rate of crystallization, including the type of flower nectar bees gather.
