I've tried my first jar of Brazilian Rainforest Raw and believe me when I tell you you've probably never tasted honey with this many layers of different tastes. Each layer is surprisingly noticeable on the palate. However, each different flavor teasingly builds on the other. This Honey is much to tasty to ruin in coffee where the flavor becomes muted. It's at its best on simple things. English muffins, oatmeal, bagles etc... If you haven't tried the Brazilian Raw you're missing out.
